Labor Doula Support ~ $1400

  • 2 Prenatal appointments (2 hours each) focusing on birth plan, comfort techniques for labor, discussion of postpartum plans, breastfeeding tips

  • On-call support from 38-42 weeks pregnant

  • Attendance at labor and birth (includes aromatherapy, massage and emotional support)

  • Postpartum visit (1 hour)

Postpartum Support ~ $30/hour daytime, $35/nighttime

  • Care for baby while you sleep/shower

  • Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support

  • Light housekeeping (dishes/folding laundry)

  • Reassurance and emotional support

  • Meal/snack preparation

  • Help with newborn care and soothing

  • Daytime and/or nighttime shifts available

Payments can be made in cash, check or credit card.
